"Patrick is the literal definition of professional, diligent, knowledgable and awesome. We worked with Patrick when we purchased our condo in the Mission and I can honestly say without him we would not be home owners today. Patrick goes above and beyond constantly and has your best interests in mind at all times. Patrick constantly negotiated and pushed for my interests in highly effective ways, the thing that really stood out to me was most of the time I'd get an update about how Patrick had gotten me what I wanted or something in my interest without me really having to think or pay too much attention. Given all the things going on when purchasing a home this really helped us focus on our day to day lives whilst we went through closing. Patrick always has very detailed and informed answers to questions, and a bench of trusted partners/contractors who can help to provide more detailed guidance and information if something is outside of Patricks knowledge or expertise. He also seems to know exactly what to preemptively cover to always be a step ahead of what's going on, The result of all of this was I always felt very informed and in control of my purchasing experience. Our close took a long time due to a slow developer but Patrick kept us moving forward and always took the time to explain and preempt issues as they arose. I recognize that I am a very demanding client and I personally cannot endorse working with Patrick enough. I'd give six stars if I could."
