Approximately 500 years ago, members of the Wappo tribe discovered a natural hot springs near Mount St. Helena. The first American settlers started to arrive in the area in the 1840’s and news of a hot springs featuring “healing powers” spread quickly. Situated in Northern Napa County, this idyllic little western town is now known for wine-tasting, upscale spas offering hot springs & mud baths, and beautiful scenery.
